A warm welcome to Harrington Road, where Mandeep Dillon presents photographs, collages and paintings exploring fragile, short-lived forms. The works are based on inflatable sculptures that respond to subtle changes in their surroundings, often lasting only briefly before collapsing.

These images record and extend those temporary works.

Also on display is the work of Tim Minter, whose practice develops systems that run without direct control. Emerging from an interest in making data understandable and a curiosity about the unpredictable behaviour of algorithms when chaos is introduced, many works are generative. Built using simple code rather than AI, they echo the spirit of early artificial intelligence experiments. Minter’s work explores how people respond to randomness and connection, and our instinct to search for meaning and pattern even when none exists.
